基于漏磁法的海底管线缺陷检测的研究 宋慧贤 3013205305 海船三班 摘要: 本文叙述了海底管道缺陷检测的意义。针对我国输油气管线老龄化、事故多发的现状,提出了管道内在线检测对管线及时维护、管道寿命评价、防止恶性事故发生的必要性。 本文还提出了漏磁检测装置的设计方案,设计了一套数据采集的单片机系统,从硬件和软件方面进行了详细论述。着重针对管道缺陷检测系统中的磁敏检测部分,和信号采集记录环节提出了设计方案。 本文还讨论了漏磁法无损检测中缺陷数据的分析与处理。理论分析和实验都表明缺陷与漏磁信号之间具有对应关系,即漏磁信号的峰值点对应缺陷的边缘,峰值大小随缺陷深度的增加而增大。本文还对有限元法在漏磁检测中的应用作了介绍。最后对海底管线检测及定位技术的前景进行了介绍。该课题的研制成功,既可用于管道腐蚀缺陷的检查,又可作为评估管道使用寿命的依据,具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。 关键词:漏磁,在线检测,管道,缺陷 THE RESEARCH oF UNDERWATER PIPELINE DEFECT DETECTION BASED ON MFL Abstract: The signification of the underwater pipeline defect detection is stated in this paper.In accordance with the present situation of aging and frequent.happened accident of the oil and gas pipeline in our country,the pipeline detection is necessary. The maintenance and age-estimation of pipeline can achieve from the detection and prevents the vicious accidents. In this paper, the design scheme of data acquisition system based on single chip microcomputer is given.It also gave a detail statement on circuit design,and software program follow chart etc. And it mainly designs the elements of pipeline detector such as magnetic measuring probe,and signal—sample. Some analysis and processing technology about defect data in MFL is discussed.The theory analysis and experiment of the detector proves the feasibility of detection by MFL in me erosion defect detection of pipeline.Meanwhile,we can find the relative between the defect and Ⅳ匝L signals.The peak-peak amplitude of theⅣⅢL signal is typically a good measure of the defect depth and the peak-peak separation distance can be used to characterize the width of flaw. The successful development of the underwater pipeline detection system is important to the future project.It can not only be used in pipeline erosion defect detection,but also be used as the grounds of estimating the age of pipeline.It contains both the significant practical sense and profound sense.
