监护人的保证书 GUARDIAN’S LETTER OF GUANRANTEE 监护人声明 I Hereby Declare that: 本人愿意作为 （国籍）留学生 （姓名）在中国人民大学附属中学学习期间的监护人，并担保如下事项： I am willing to be the guardian for the ____________________________ student, Mr./Miss ___________________________ during his/her study at the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, and pledge the following terms: 1. 对被监护人在中国学习期间负全面责任；监督该生不从事来华学习目的以外的活动并遵守中国的法律；代表被监护人承担在中国法庭及其他法律机构为其争取权益的职责。 I will take full responsibility for the student during his/her study in China. I will supervise the student to ensure that he/she will not engage in any activities not related to his/her academic pursuit in China, and that he/she will abide by the laws of the People?s Republic of China. I will take the responsibility of representing the student at the Chinese court or any other organs of law for his/her rights and interests. 2. 督促该生努力学习并遵守学校的各项规章制度；负责与被监护人所在学校保持密切联系，就学业和生活上的问题代表被监护人在校的权益。 I will urge the student to study hard and observe the school rules and regulations.
