1、课程设计的任务与安排
1.1 设计题目
汽车板簧分选实验压力机(立式),液压缸对试件(汽车板簧)施加的最大压力为30KN,动作为:快进→工进→加载→保压→慢退→快退, 快进速度14mm/s,工进速度0.4mm/s,要求液压缸上位停止、下行时、保压后慢退不能失控。最大行程600mm。试完成:
(1)系统工况分析;
(2)液压缸主要参数确定;
(3)拟订液压系统原理图;
(4)选取液压元件;
(5)集成原理图;
(6)集成块零件图。
1.2 设计要求
(1)设计说明书1份,不少于6页,A4纸,打印或手写
(2)集成块回路图2张,A4。一张原理图,一张集成原理图,CAD或手工绘制。
(3)下列图纸之一:(CAD或手工绘制)
集成块零件图1张,A2或A3;
上述文件资料装入课程设计档案袋,档案袋封面写明内装资料的明细表。
1.3 进度安排(1周 )
第1天:上午:讲课、明确课题要求、借参考资料,计算(工况、主参数等)。
第2天:原理图拟定、元件选择
第3天:集成块回路图,分工完成(集成块零件图)
第4天:绘制集成块三维图,工程图,编写设计说明书。
第5天:上午:编写设计说明书。下午:交设计档案袋,答辩。

暂不考虑回油腔的背压负载、惯性负载和摩擦阻力,因此,需要考虑
