本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 院（系） 专 业 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职称 论文字数 完成日期: 年 月 日 安庆师范本科毕业论文论文酰腙是一类具有广泛用途的特殊的Schiff碱类化合物，具有优秀的生物活性、非线性光学性质和强的配位能力，在农药、医药和分析催化等方面都有着广泛的研究和重要的应用。 由于Schiff碱类化合物可用于抑杀菌、抗病毒、抗炎症、抗癌、抗结核病等方面,它的强配位能力使其几乎可以与所有的金属形成配合物，而且其配位形式多变，因而研究酰腙类化合物及其配合物对科学工作者很有吸引力。为此，进一步研究Schiff碱中的酰腙类化合物的结构及性质，改善配体及其配合物溶解性和生物活性，以期合成出具有良好溶解性及抗菌、抗病毒、仿生催化等广泛生物活性的Schiff碱类化合物，已经显得尤为重要。酰腙化合物的开发及其在生活中的实际应用将会有更为广阔的发展空间。 本文综述了酰腙化合物的分类、酰腙化合物的分类、酰腙化合物的合成方法现在国内外对酰腙化合物的研究、生产现状及其在农药、医药、工业等方面的广泛应用，而且对未来人类对酰腙化合物的应用进行了展望 Abstract Acylhydrazones is a class of widely used compounds of special Schiff bases，with excellent biological activity, nonlinear optical properties and strong coordination ability, which was extensively researched and used of pesticides，pharmaceuticals and analysis catalysis,etc. Since Schiff bases can used to inhibit bactericidal compounds, anti-virus, anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-tuberculosis, etc. It’s strong ability to coordinate with almost all of the metal to form compounds and its coordination to be dynamic and thus the research of acylhdrazones compounds and their complexes very attracts for scientists,t herefore, further study of the Schiff base acylhdrazones compounds in the structure and nature of the ligand and its conlexes to improve the solubility and biological activity in order to synthesize with good solubility and antibacterial, antiviral, and other broad biological activity of biomimetic catalysis Schiff bases of compounds , has been very important .
