Interbus现场总线 院 系： 电子信息与自动化 班 级： 测控三班 学 号： 11107030319 姓 名： 任二鹤 重庆理工大学 Interbus现场总线 摘要：InterBus作为IEC61158标准之一，广泛的应用于制造业和机器加工行业中，用于连接传感器/执行器的信号到计算机控制站，是一种开放的串行总线系统。Interbus采用IOS/OSI参考模型中的物理层、数据链路层和应用层。Interbus网络分为远程网络和本地网络，采用整体帧协议方式传输数据，其传输方法核心是集总帧协议。Interbus的复合式数据协议结构对提高Interbus的高性能起了重要的作用。作为一种国际标准的现场总线Interbus已在工业自动化领域中得到了广泛的应用，Interbus也从单纯的现场总线技术发展到一个完整的工业自动化控制系统，形成由工业网络、IPC、PC控制系统、软件系统、I/O系统、HMI人机界面和驱动系统组成的工业自动化控制系统。 关键词：串行总线系统、集总帧协议、总线控制板、复合式数据协议、工业自动化控制系统 Abstract:InterBus as one of the IEC61158 standards, is widely used in manufacturing industry and machinery processing industry, is used for connecting the sensor /actuator control signal to the computer serial bus station and is an open system.Interbus uses the physical layer, the IOS/OSI reference model of the data link layer and application layer. The Interbus network is divided into network and local network,which data transmission method is the whole frame protocol data , the transmission method of the core is a set of general frame protocol. Composite data protocol structure of Interbus played a key role in the high performance Interbus. As an international standard field bus, Interbus has been widely applied in the field of industrial automation.Interbus development from simple field bus technique to a complete industrial automation control system, forming the industrial automation control system composed of industrial network, IPC, PC control system, software system, I/O system, HMI interface and drive system.
