摘要:煤制人工燃气的成本仅仅为天然气的50%,人工煤气用于沥青拌合站将大幅降低沥青混合料的生产成本。但是将人工煤气实际应用到沥青混合料生产必须解决煤粉气流床设备与沥青拌合站生产工况的匹配问题,本文根据煤粉汽化炉与沥青拌合站使用过程中的匹配情况及我们采取的具体改进措施,分别从气化炉点火到正常投料的自动控制,骨料烘干过程中的温度自动控制,紧急故障的自动停机和热待机运行控制,以及施工现场安全优化进行分析介绍,充分论证了通过我们的现场优化设计改进,煤粉汽化炉现场生产人工煤气完全可以用于到沥青混合料生产,以达到降低施工成本、减少环境污染的目的。

Abstract: The cost of coal-made artificial gas is only 50% of that of natural gas, and it will reduce the production cost of asphalt mixture substantially if the artificial gas is used in asphalt mixing stations. While to actually apply the artificial gas into the production of asphalt mixture, the matching problem between powdered coal entrained-flow bed equipment and the producing condition of asphalt mixing stations must be solved, and the thesis analyses and introduces from the aspects of automatic control from gasification furnace ignition to normal batch charging, automatic temperature control in the process of aggregate drying, operational control of urgently-faulted automatic stop and hot stand by and the safety optimization of construction sites respectively according to the matching conditions of the powdered coal gasification furnace and the asphalt mixing station during the process of using, and the detailed improvement measures taken by the authors, which sufficiently demonstrates that the artificial gas produced by the powdered gasification furnace can be absolutely used in the production of asphalt mixture through the author’s site optimization and design refinement to achieve the goals of reducing construction costs and decreasing environment pollutions.
