摘 要 目的 分析探讨七叶灵颗粒在中晚期NSCLC)化疗中的。方法 例、期NSCLC患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组例。对照组给予化疗试验组给予化疗配合口服七叶灵颗粒,观察并比较两组生活质量、化疗不良反应情况。结果试验组高于对照组,差异无统计学意义生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)化疗后的不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)结论七叶灵颗粒能有效地辅助化疗,减轻化疗不良反应,提高生活质量,对中晚期NSCLC化疗具有良好的减毒增效作用。关键词 中晚期肺癌七叶灵生活质量 Abstract Objective To improve the quality standards of Qiyeling Granule, we adopted the identification methods and content determination methods. Then in order to verify the curative effect of Qiyeling Granule, we put it into clinical revalidation and analyzed the function of the granule in curing the middle and advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods We used thin layer chromatography (TLC) to identify Astragalus membranaceus, Naringin, and Lucid ganoderma, and used High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to determine the content of Astragaloside, Specnuezhenide, and Naringin, respectively. These two methods helped toestablish an efficient and reliable test standard of evaluating Qiyeling Granule. Next, to verify the curative effect of Qiyeling Granule, we selected 124 stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ NSCLC patients. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the former included 63 patients and the latter 61.. Control group was treated with chemotherapy and the blank granule, while observation group was treated with chemotherapy and Qiyeling Granule. The indicators of objective curative response, life quality, Chinese medicine symptom, tumor marker, adverse reaction of chemotherapy, and anti-toxicity, were analyzed by statistical methods. Results The identification methods reveal that TLC of Astragalus membranaceus and Naringin gave the positive results, the fluorescent spot Lord could be viewed cleverly, but it didn’t work for lucid ganoderma. The content determination methods reveal that the content of Astragaloside, Specnuezhenide were too small, while the content of Naringin was quite rich.
