Basic form 1、Direct subsidies is that the government pays for exporters cash subsidies directly while merchandise exports. Its purpose is to compensate for the damage caused by the international market price of the exportation lower than domestic market. Sometimes, subsidies amount can greatly exceed the actual price difference, this already contains the rewards of export. The subsidy way of agricultural products is typical export subsidies in the Europe. According to statistics, in 1994, the subsidies that Europe gave farmers was over 80 billion dollars in total. 2、Indirect subsidies is that the government for some export commodities gives financial preferential. Such as ,return or derate export commodities of the paid for sales tax and consumption tax and value-added tax and income tax , such as imported raw materials or semi-finished goods processing and re-export gave temporary duty-free or refund ,exempted from import duties already pay for export commodities export taxes, implement extension, reduce freight, pay for taxes provide low-interest loans, preferential exchange rates as well as for enterprises to exploit export markets provide subsidies.
