W802液压挖掘机工作装置的设计 摘 要 液压挖掘机利用工作装置完成土石挖掘作业，工作装置的性能和可靠性是整机设计水平的重要标志。液压挖掘机主要有发动机、液压系统、工作装置、回转装置、行走装置和电气控制等部分组成。 本论文着重于履带式液压挖掘机工作装置的设计，根据液压挖掘机工作装置的结构特点和工作原理，对其各构件进行了运动学和动力学分析。在工作装置分析与计算中，对斗杆油缸全行程理论挖掘力和铲斗油缸全行程理论破碎力进行了计算与分析。本设计是在东方红-802履带拖拉机增加一套液压挖掘装置,增加其使用功能。该装置可配装到70及80马力系列东方红履带拖拉机上，具有良好的通用性THE DESIGN OF W802 HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR’S WORKING EQUIPMENT ABSTRACT Hydraulic excavator working device using the completion of earth and rock excavation operations, equipment performance and reliability is an important indicator of machine design.
