He is responsible for the protection of Operator’s interests. 钻井现场监督是作业者在现场的代 表，他负责保护作业者的利益。 合同条款规定 公司指派和授权一 个或多个代表在整个钻井期间工作在钻井现场监察检验、检查承包商所做的一切事情，并确认承包商的各种记录。 授权监督代表公司负责监督检查合同中规定承包商应做的相关事宜。 COMPANY shall be entitled to designate a representative or representatives who shall at all times have access to the DRILLING UNIT for the purpose of observing tests, inspecting the work performed by CONTRACTOR or verifying the records of items furnished by CONTRACTOR. Such representative or representatives shall be empowered to act for COMPANY in all matters relating to CONTRACTORs performance under the CONTRACT. 2、执行设计 钻井监督本人首先要熟悉钻井设计的各个方面，特别关注：井眼尺寸、 井深、套管设计、泥浆设计、定向井设计、评价设计（捞砂样、录井、 取心、测试）、存在的问题（高压、井漏、页岩膨胀等）、井控（防喷 器和套管头的设计）。如果现场出现和设计有差异，要总监讨论，要分 析清楚产生的原因，为什么会出现这样的情况。在执行设计的过程中， 要经常分析判断，为了作业者的利益需要更改设计时，在更改前要和总 监讨论，得到总监的批准。然后，根据更改的设计安排以后的工作。 和执行设计一样，必须认真执行完井设计，要特别关注完井的目的、程 序和实现目的的计划。 Implementing the drilling program must thoroughly familiarize himself with all aspects of the program. Particular concern should be given to the hole size, depths, and casing program; mud program; directional program; evaluation program (sampling, logs, coring and testing); problem areas (high pressure, lost circulation, heaving shale); and well control (bop and wellhead design). Where a program deviates from the routine, he must discuss this with his supervisor and clarify in his mind the reason why. Judgment must be exercised in carrying out the program. When changes are need for the benefit of operator and overall well he should thoroughly discuss this with his supervisor prior to the change. He must use the program to plan ahead.
