半干式喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺研究 摘要:[目的] 在中等试验台上研究烟道作为脱硫反应器的半干法烟气脱硫技术,确定工艺条件,重点在提高脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率。[方法] 选用半干式喷淋塔Ca/S)的增加而增加(Ca/S为0.806时,57.53%; Ca/S为1.207时,77.34%; Ca/S为1.414时,80.75%),但当Ca/S1以后脱硫增加率趋缓。2.伴随SO2进口浓度的增加,脱硫效率略有增加。3.随Ca/S的增加,脱硫剂利用率有所下降。4.加入一定量NaCl添加剂对提高SO2去除效率影响不很明显(平均去除率约提高2%),但对稳定去除效率有所帮助。[结论]1. 提高Ca/S是提高脱硫效率的一种有效方法,综合对脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率的影响,Ca/S在1.0~1.4a/S;脱硫剂;NaCl添加剂 The Research of SO2 Removal by Semidry Spraying Tower Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the operation conditions of Semi-dry Flu Gas Desulfurization and its influence factors on bench-scale equipment; to investigate how to improve the SO2 removal efficiency and the utilization of sorbent. [Methods] SO2 in flue gas can be removed by spraying tower. [Results] The removal efficiency of SO2 will be improved with the increase of Ca/S ratio. Under the experiment condition of different Ca/S ratios as 0.806, 1.207 and 1.414, the average SO2 removal efficiency is 57.53%, 77.34% and 80.75%, respectively. When Ca/S1, however, the increase of SO2 removal efficiency becomes insignificant. With respect to the initial concentration of SO2, no appreciable effect on the removal efficiency has been observed so far. The utilization efficiency of sorbent is found to decrease with the increase of Ca/S. The sorbent with NaCl added cannot increase SO2 removal efficiency significantly (The efficiencies increase by about 2%), but it is helpful to make the desulfurization process more stable. [Conclusion] Improving Ca/S is considered as a feasible approach to increase SO2 removal efficiency. Ca/S ratio in the range of 1.0~1.4 is optimum for this technique considering both the effect of SO2 removal efficiency and utilization of sorbent. It is also advisable to recycle sorbent to increase its utilization. The additive of NaCl is recommended for the unstable operation conditions.
