We can obtain materials with novel structure, performance and special functional by means of adjusting and controlling the structure of coordination compound in chemical means.    As a result of organic pollutants (pops) having great harm to human health and environment, the materials of photocatalytic degradation ,which based on metal organic framework, is a hotspot of research on recent functional complexes.    While research ,applying the compound about d10 metal and metal halide to the field of photocatalytic degradeing organic pollutants, is still in its infancy. In this thesis, we complex 1,10-Phenanthroline/Cd coordination compound with cuprous iodide together to get a novel hybrid functional molecules {[Cu (phen) 2 I] 2 (CdI4)} n (phen = 1, 10 - Phenanthroline) (1) by hydrothermal synthesis method . Crystal structure of Compound 1 is determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction, and the product were characterized by infrared spectrum (IR), solid ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectra and fluorescence analysis .
