摘 要 非晶态Ni基合金化学镀层因其具备优良的耐腐蚀性能,在工业中已经获得了广泛的应用。 用化学镀方法获得磷wt.%的Ni-P镀层,Ni-P镀层200℃、300℃、400℃的热处理X射线衍射仪扫描电子显微镜研究镀层结构表面形貌通过浸泡实验比较镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明Ni-P镀层Ni-P镀层Ni-P镀层200℃热处理1h后,可进一步提高镀层的耐蚀性,使耐蚀性能力提高37%,热处理温度达到300℃和400℃时,镀层结构发生改变,耐蚀性能降低,但是耐蚀性仍优于镀态Ni-P镀层Ni3P相弥散析出,镀层硬度随加热温度的升高而增大,至400℃时硬度达到1129.06 HV。随着热处理温度的升高,镀层表面的胞状组织趋于扁平。 关键词:化学镀非晶;Ni-P合金;耐蚀性;热处理 Abstract Amorphous Ni-based electroless coatings had been widely used in industry due to its good performance of corrosion resistance. Amorphous Ni-P alloy coatings with 10.90 wt.% phosphorus content was deposited on the carbon steel by electroless plating process and heat treatment of the Ni-P coatings at 200 oC、300 oC、400 oChe structure, surface morphology and hardness of the coatings were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and micro-hardness tester respectively. The corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating was compared by immersion test. The results show that the corrosion resistance of amorphous Ni-P coating is superior to the crystalline Ni-P coating in acidic solution. The corrosion resistance of the coating is directly influenced by heat treatment. Heat treatment at 200 oC for one hour can improve the corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating, as the corrosion resistance increased by 37%. When heat treatment temperature reaches to 300 oC and 400 oC , the coating structure will be changed, and the corrosion resistance reduced, but corrosion resistance is still better than the as-deposits. The hardness increased drastically with the increase of temperature due to dispersion of Ni3P phase. Hardness reaches to 1129.06 HV after heat-treated at 400 oC. The cellular structures of the filming surface tend to flat with temperature increased.
