家族企业现状及其发展趋势分析..doc

摘 要改革开放以来，我国发展社会主义市场经济以经济建设为中心，形成了以公有制为基础，多种所有制经济共同发展的局面。非公有制经济中民营企业占到了半壁江山，浙江，广东民营企业凭借自身的优势，迅速发展壮大，日益成为区域国民经济的重要组成部分。据不完全统计在我国目前的300多万家民营企业中，90％以上是家族企业。随着经济的发展，企业规模的扩大，外部竞争日益激烈，家族式的管理方式已经成为家族企业继续发展的瓶颈。纵观人们对家族企业发展的研究，打破家族式管理，重视家族企业传承问题，重视信用建设，引入职业经理人等先进的管理模式成为家族企业实现可持续发展的唯一途径。这些问题途径，家族企业是否可以重视并且充分运用以及运用的如何，使其发挥出正常甚至更大的作用，这是家族企业和学者们所普遍关注的问题，也是当前我国家族企业面临的要解决的不可回避的问题。家族企业不是低效率的组织形式，在某些情况下还是一种高效率的，在以后的经济发展中也不会消失，而会不断的完善，不断的创新，不断的壮大，而关键是要重视和解决好发展过程中遇到的各种问题。  关键字：家族企业，面临问题，解决方式，前景趋势 Abstract Since the reform and opening up and our nation‘socialist market economy with economic construction as the center,our country has formed the basis of public ownership,multiple ownership,a situation common development.Non-public economy,private enterprise accounted for half of the country.In Zhejiang and Guangdong ,the private enterprises take advantage of their own resourses and have had a good development,having become the important part of the regional economy. According to incomplete statistics in more than 300 million Chinese now private enterprises, 90% are family businesses .With the development of economy ,the expansion of the private enterprises,and the increasing competitive external market, Family management style has become a bottleneck in the development of family businesses continue to. Throughout the development of awareness of family business research，There are some methods to solve the problems. For example, breaking the Clan Management, taking Family Business Succession issue seriously, emphasis on building credit, the introduction of professional managers, and other advanced management mode. For these problems，the enterprise should give adequate attention and these problems are also the things that can be not avoided.
