First of all the ingredients must be accurate, a little mistake will have a great influence on the BF, resulting in blast-furnace damping-down, may even stop production. The blast furnace is the core equipment of the iron-smelting production, and its good operation can provide sufficient and high quality raw material guarantee for the follow-up production process, the reliability of the control system put forward higher requirements. In the procedure of production of blast furnace, furnace temperature, cooling water temperature and flow rate, gas pressure are the basic parameters of blast furnace, the gas pressure is the most important, the normal production and directly affect the stability of blast furnace. This paper focuses on the analysis of blast furnace gas pressure control system. In blast furnace production, improve production efficiency of blast furnace, blast furnace gas, the full use of TRT improved capacity are key factors of blast furnace. In this paper, the dry and wet two dedusting method, according to the characteristics of the dual-purpose TRT blast furnace gas recovery system and the design of wet and dry, the annular furnace top pressure control system, dry TRT and bypass control valve with top pressure control undisturbed switching technology system and the two system.
