基于单片机的用户供暖系统设计 摘 要 本设计是在智能化要求和传统供暖控制系统的基础上，研究的一种新型的单片机控制供暖系统。系统是以W78E58单片机系统为控制核心，用线性度好、灵敏度高的集成温度传感器AD590及分辨率高、噪音低的A/D转换器进行温度采集，同时采用了光电隔离及看门狗技术，增强了系统的抗干扰能力,通过编译型程序设计语言——C语言，来控制该系统的正常工作。同时单片机通过数据总线直接控制液晶显示屏，当系统工作时，自检装置都在不停的监测系统是否有故障发生，同时温度检测装置也一直在监测温度，结合系统的软件编程，随时通过液晶显示屏显示当前供暖温度,将它与用户设定的温度范围相比较，从而产生不同的控制动作,在系统发生故障时，系统将自动产生报警，同时也可以在显示屏上显示故障原因，并自动返回故障页，等待用户去排除故障。本设计将就这些外部硬件电路及系统相关软件编译和液晶显示等在系统中的具体应用加以详细介绍。 关键词：供暖系统；单片机；温度控制; 液晶显示;C语言The Heating System Based On Single-Chip Microcomputer Abstract Based on intelligent requirement and traditional heating system, a new heating system controlled by single-chip microcomputer is studied in this paper. This system uses a microcontroller W78E58 to control temperature with good linearity, high sensitivity integrate temperature sensor AD590 and high resolution, low noise A/D transfer to sample. And it uses opt-electronic isolation and watch-dog technology to make anti-interference capacity of system stronger. Normal work of this system is controlled through the compiling programming language--C language. Microcontroller via the data bus while the direct control of LCD display, When the heating system is running, self-checking unit monitors the system continuously to make sure whether there is break down. At the same time, the temperature detection device monitors the temperature constantly. Combination of system software programming, at any time by heating the LCD display shows the current temperature, set it to the user compared to the temperature range, resulting in different actions.When the system breaks down, the system will produce a warning signal automatically, show the trouble reason on the display screen at the same time, return trouble page automatically and wait for users to get rid of the break down.
