浅析中小企业融资难问题 —浙江省温州市 班级： 学号： 姓名： 时间：2011年12月10日  摘要 随着我国经济的发展，市场竞争日趋激烈，中小企业发展的问题已经成为人们非常关注的问题，中小企业的大量存在是经济发展的必然结果，也是市场竞争的内在要求，是吸收就业，活跃市场气氛，推动经济增长，维护市场活力的前提条件，也是国民经济的重要支柱。然而融资渠道单一、融资难等问题一直制约着中小企业的发展，资金短缺以是各国各地区中小企业发展过程中普遍存在的难题。因为我国不完善的金融体系，致使中小企业融资渠道不畅。导致中小企业发展遭遇瓶颈，企业成长陷入困境。目前浙江温州市有中小企业将近14万家，而近来温州大量中小企业倒闭和老板跑路的问题也是成了人们关注的热点。在温州短期民间借贷极为活跃，催生大量从事资金高利借贷的担保公司，为什么民间借贷会如此活跃，这也从侧面反映出温州中小企业向银行等正规的金融机构贷款难的问题。 本文在分析浙江省温州市的融资现状的基础上进一步分析中小企业融资存在问题的症结是由企业自身问题、银行融资渠道不顺畅、信用体制不完善、民间融资不规范这四方面原因组成的。并提出解决方法和政策性建议。 关键词: 温州市 中小企业 融资研究 Abstract With the development of our national economy, market competition becomes increasingly fierce, small and medium-sized enterprise developments problem has become the people very concerned problems, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprise existence is the inevitable result of economic development, also is the inherent requirement of the market competition, is to absorb the employment, the active market atmosphere, promoting economic growth and maintain market vigor of the premise condition, also be the important pillar of the national economy.
