海上油田完井诱喷与生产一体设计.
摘 要
海上油田的勘探、开发具有投资周期长、风险大、成本高的特点。如何在油田投入生产后尽快地回收初期投资是十分重要的,从某种程度上说,自喷生产是最为经济的一种生产方式。但并不是所有的油田都能实现自喷生产的,由于某些油田地层能量相对较弱,再加之钻完井时所造成的储层损害,因而油井完井后并不能自喷;或自喷产量较小,不能满足油田的正常生产要求。因而常常需要进行辅助人工举升,利用地层能量及人工举升能量实现油井连喷带举,以便满足生产要求。此次设计正是以此为背景,对海上油田的油井完井诱喷与生产进行一体化设计。本设计中主要所做工作如下:
(1)对国内外现有的诱喷方式及海上油田的采油方式进行充分调研,了解各种诱喷方式及采油方式所适用的条件及优缺点。
(2)以涠洲11-4油田的实际生产资料为背景,对海上油田完井诱喷与生产一体化设计的可行性进行分析。
(3)建立井筒的PVT模型,用Mukherjee和Brill方法计算出井筒里的气液两相流压降,用迭带法计算出井筒内的压力分布,最后用Visual Basic语言进行计算机编程。
(4)以井筒的气液两相流压力梯度为基础,进行气举设计,包括注气深度、注气量、气举阀相关参数等。
(5)利用涠洲11-4油田A2井的实际数据进行实例计算。

Abstract
The exploration and exploitation of offshore oilfield have the characteristics of long investment time,high risk and high cost. How to recover the initial investment as quickly as possible is very important after the oilfield was put into production. In a way, it is the most economical production pattern by flowing production,but not every oilfield can realize flowing production. For the sake of low formation energy and the reservoir damage which drilling and completion caused, oil-well can’t completely realize natural flow, or the natural flow ability is very weak, the output of flow can’t satisfy the normal production of oilfield. Based on the background, the purpose of design is to have an integrated design on induced flow and production. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) induced flow and oil production in offshore oilfield home and abroad, and understand their applicability, advantages and disadvantages.
(2) Based on the production data of Wei11-4oilfield, to have a feasibility analysis about integrated design in offshore oilfield.
(3) Construct the PVT model of wellbore,calculate the pressure drop of wellbore with Mukherjee and Brill method, and get the pressure distribution of wellbore with iterative method, then have a program about it with Visual Basic language.
(4) Based on the pressure distribution of wellbore, to have gas lift design, including depth of gas injection point
