第三篇 汽轮机启停及运行维护 Chapter III Start-up, shutdown, operation and maintenance of turbine 汽轮机开机 Start-up of turbine 主机基本要求 Basic requirements for main machine 1.1.1 汽轮机组的正常启动、停止以及运行方式的改变等必须在值长、单元长的领导下按照本规程的有关规定执行。在发生故障的情况下启、停本机组，运行人员应按照具体情况根据本规程的有关规定执行，但必须及时汇报当值值长、单元长，值长应及时向运行部及公司领导汇报。 The change of mode of turbine unit normal start-up, shutdown and operation shall follow related rules of this regulation under the leadership of shift leader and unit leader. 1.1.2 机组的DEH调节系统必须满足以下要求： DEH regulating system of unit shall meet following requirements: （1）当主汽压、主汽温、真空正常时，自动主汽门全开的情况下调节系统应能维持机组空负荷稳定运行且能顺利并网。 When the main steam pressure, steam temperature and vacuum are normal, and automatic main steam valve is fully opened, the regulating system shall be capable of maintaining unit empty load stable operation and smooth gridding. （2）当机组突然甩去全部负荷时，调节系统应能控制机组转速在飞锤式危急保安器动作转速之下。 When the unit suddenly runs back, the regulating system shall be applied to control unit rotating speed below action rotating speed of the fly-hammer emergency protection device （3）调节系统带负荷时应稳定，负荷波动幅度在1MW以下。 The regulating system shall be stable with load, and the load fluctuation shall be below 1MW. （4）飞锤式危急保安器动作后，自动主汽门、调节汽门、抽汽逆止门、高压缸排汽逆止门应能迅速关闭且严密。 After the action of fly-hammer emergency protection device, the automatic main steam valve, regulating valve, extraction stop valve, high pressre cylinder steam exhaust stop valve can be shut off quickly and tightly. 1.2 存在下列情况，严禁开机： If there exist following conditions, it is strictly to start up the unit: （1） 飞锤式危急保安器动作不正常或高、中压自动主汽门，高、中压调速汽门、抽汽逆止门、高压缸排汽逆止门之一存在卡涩或关闭不严密的情况。 The fly-hammer emergency protection device acts abnormally or any one of high, intermediate pressure automatic main steam valve, high, intermediate pressure speed regulating steam valve, extraction stop valve, high pressure cylinder steam exhaust stop valve is blocked or not tightly shut off. 1.2.2 汽轮发电机组转动部分有明显的摩擦声。 There exists obvious friction sound at the rotating part of turbine generator
