Rossini法燃气热值测量装置中供气系统设计 摘要：目前我国在燃气热值计量基准方面还比较落后，现有的热量计量系统还无法满足能源产业的交易要求。反观欧美国家在过去几十年内对Rossini燃烧法的相关理论和方法研究一直在进行，使其的测量不确定度进一步减小，并建立了高准确定度的Rossini型燃气热值测量的标准装置。现阶段的Rossini型燃气热值标准装置分为燃气质量测量系统、气系统、燃气热值测量主体、烟气成分检测系统和操控软件等几个部分TB941  Design of Gas Supply System for Rossini Type Gas Calorific Value Measuring Device Abstract: At present, China is still relatively backward in gas calorific value measurement datum，The existing heat metering system is unable to meet the energy industrys transaction requirements.In contrast, Europe and the United States in the past few decades theories and methods related to the study of Rossini combustion has been in, its measurement uncertainty is further reduced, and the establishment of a high accurate degree of Rossini gas calorific value measurement standard device.At present, the Rossini type gas calorific value standard device is divided into several parts, such as gas quality measurement system, gas supply system, gas calorific value measurement main body, flue gas composition detection system and control software.This paper introduces the relevant technology of gas supply device in the Rossini gas calorific value measuring device,The gas supply device is based on the Rossini gas calorific value measuring technology.Device comprises a system within each group gas flow regulation, mixed and on-off control, and is equipped with a pressure measuring device for pipeline seal test, at the same time, through the control of gas regulating the combustion chamber temperature to achieve full combustion of, and provide security for the measure of the heat of combustion.Through the design of the device, it will provide a stable gas supply for the Rossini gas calorific value measuring device, and also the experimental verification of the gas supply device in the paper.
