贵诚煤矿M14瓦斯抽放系统设计 摘要:贵诚煤矿位于贵州省织金县东北方向,该矿井属于高瓦斯矿井,其中M14煤属于高瓦斯低透气性煤层。本文首先对贵诚煤矿和M14煤的基本情况进行了介绍,利用搜集到的基本参数计算了M14煤的瓦斯储量和论述了对该采区进行瓦斯抽放的可行性。针对该采区开采时瓦斯涌出量大和瓦斯超限等问题,说明了对该采区进行瓦斯抽放的必要性。本文论述了当前瓦斯抽放的一些方法,结合M14煤的实际情况,确定了该采区应用本煤层预抽、边掘边抽和采空区抽放相结合的综合瓦斯抽放方法。根据煤层的高瓦斯低透气性特征,通过计算,确定了设计参数以及钻场和钻孔的布置方式。之后对瓦斯抽放系统进行设计,进行管路敷设线路和管网抽放量得确定,以及抽放管路选型和管网阻力计算。设计了抽放系统管网的布置形式,根据计算的管网阻力与流量,选择了与抽放能力相匹配的瓦斯抽放泵及抽放管路附属装置及设施。然后对整个瓦斯抽放系统进行了经济概算,制定了整个抽放系统的安全技术措施,论述了抽放瓦斯的综合利用和抽放站的配套设施。最后制定了瓦斯抽放的规章制度。 关键词:贵诚煤矿;M14煤; 高瓦斯; 瓦斯抽放 Gas drainage system design of Guicheng Mine Abstract: Guicheng Mine is located in northeast of Zhijin, Guizhou Province. The mine belongs to gas outburst mines, of which the M14 working area belongs to high gas and low permeability coal seam, this thesis introduces the basic conditions of Guicheng Mine and the M14 working area, uses the basic parameters gathered to calculate the gas reserves of the M14 working area, and discusses on the feasibility of gas drainage in the working area. Aiming at the problems that there is a large amount of gas emission and the gas overruns when mining, it explains the necessity of gas drainage in the working area. This thesis has discussed some of the gas drainage methods and combined with the actual situation of the M14 working area to determine that the integrated combination of gas drainage method that Predrainaging, Drainaging while tunnelling and Goaf plumb should be implemented in the working area. According to the characteristics that high gas and low permeability of the coal seam, it determines the design parameters and the arranged styles of the drill fields and drill holes through calculation. Then it carries on the design of the gas drainage system and the pipeline laying, determination the drainage volume of the pipeline network and the selection of the drainage pipeline type and the calculation of the pipeline network resistance.
