It can improve the efficiency of the management of college student associations, save manpower and material resources. This paper expounds the purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research status and the whole process of system design and development of the management system of college student associations. This system uses the PHP+MySQL+Apach technology development, the development process has used the homepage design tool dreamweaver. The system applies to college students apply to join or withdraw from the community, and the administrator to manage user information, the system is divided into a front, background of two modules, users are divided into three categories: ordinary users and system administrators, a club manager.
