黄芪注射液治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床研究 【关键词】 黄芪注射液；,,肾病综合征；,,超氧化物歧化酶；,,过氧化脂质 　　摘要：目的探讨黄芪注射液对小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将62例小儿肾病综合征患儿随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各31例，选择30例门诊健康体检小儿为正常组。两组在常规利尿、抗感染、控制血压的同时，均口服足量强的松2 mg#12539;kg-1#12539;d-1，治疗组给予黄芪注射液20 ml加入10%葡萄糖液200 ml中静脉点滴，1次/d，疗程2～4周，测定两组治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、血清过氧化脂质（LPO）及24 h尿蛋白定量，观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后2组的SOD，LPO及24h尿蛋白定量均有不同程度改善（P＜0.01)，治疗组比对照组改善更明显（P＜0.01)；治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论 黄芪注射液能改善小儿肾病综合征血液的高凝状态，提高机体抗氧化能力，减少尿蛋白的漏出。并在防治血栓形成等方面也具有重要的意义，可作为肾病综合征的常规方案之一。 　　关键词：黄芪注射液； 肾病综合征； 超氧化物歧化酶； 过氧化脂质 　　Effect of Astragalus Injection in Treating Children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect of Astragalus injection in treating children with primary nephrotic Syndrome (PNS). Methods62 PNS patients were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group (n=31) and control group (n=31). The suffering children of two groups were given diuretic and anti-infective and hypotenSive drugs, simultaneously taking Prednisone 2 mg/(kg#12539;d). In addition, the suffering children of treatment group was given Astragalus injection 20ml which was added in the glucose injection 200ml absorbed by intravenous drop. Before and after treatment, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxides (LPO) and total Urine protein in 24 hours were detected respectively. ResultsAfter treatment, the levels of SOD, LPO and total urine protein in 24 hours were ameliorated in different degrees（P＜0.01). The more amelioration was in the treatment group （P＜0.01) .The effects on treatment group were better than those on control group（P＜0.01) .ConclusionThe Astragalus injection may improve the hypercoagulable state, enhance the anti-oxidant ability, reduce urinary protein leakage. It is significant to prevent from thrombosis in the treatment of nephroic syndrome of suffering children whose blood is high coagulable.
