蛔虫性肠梗阻中西医结合分期治疗探讨 ［摘要］ 目的 探讨中西医结合分期治疗蛔虫性肠梗阻，指导临床。方法 对98例蛔虫性肠梗阻患者，随机分为中西医结合分期治疗组（A组）49例，对照组（传统治疗组B组）49例进行治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率98%，对照组总有效率68%。无论近期及远期疗效，治疗组均较对照组佳，两组疗效比较，差异有非常显著性（P≤0.01）。结论 蛔虫性肠梗阻中西医结合分期治疗是一种好的方法，实用性、指导性强，易于掌握。 ［关键词］ 蛔虫性肠梗阻;中西医结合;分期治疗 Stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine LING Wei.Department of General Surgery，The Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University，Hengyang 421900，China ［Abstract］ Objective To explore stage therapeutics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional and Western medicine and to guide clinical application.Methods A total of 98 cases of ascaris intestinal obstruction were divided into two groups randomly.The group with integrated traditional and Western medicine(A group)consists of 49 cases，the control group with traditional treating method(B group)consists of 49 cases too.Results The therapeutic effect of the treating group(A group)was conspicuous and the total effective rate got to 97 percent，while the total effective rate of the control group(B group)reached 68 percent.The temporary and long-term therapeutic effect of the treating group was much better than that of the control group，and the therapeutic effect of the treating group showed significant difference from that of the control group(P≤0.01).Conclusion Stage therapeuitics of ascaris intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional and Western medicine is a good method，it is wield，directory and pragmatic. ［Key words］ ascaris intestinal obstruction;integrated traditional and Western medicine;stage therapeutics 蛔虫性肠梗阻一般是单纯性不完全性肠梗阻，多见于儿童，农村发病率较高。采用禁食、补液、口服生植物油、驱虫剂等治疗，效果肯定，但临床上因治疗时机及相对应措施采用不当，影响临床效果，甚至导致并发症，引发医疗纠纷。笔者根据蛔虫性肠梗阻的临床症状演变进行了中西医结合分期治疗研究，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取蛔虫性肠梗阻患者98例（均诊断明确），随机分为中西结合分期治疗组（A组）49例，男29例，女20例，年龄5～30岁，平均8.2岁，病程12 h～4天。对照组49例（传统治疗组B组），男32例，女18例，年龄7～29岁，平均8.3 岁，病程1～3天。两组年龄、症状及病程基本相同，具有可比性。 1.2
