2013届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 水性苯丙乳液的研究— 树脂结构和性能的研究 院系名称： 材料学院 专业班级： 高材0901 学生姓名： 李江坤 学 号： 200946920119 指导教师： 刘国勤 教师职称： 副教授 2013 年 5月 19日 摘 要 本次选题主要是在不同的合成条件下，研究水性苯丙乳液树脂的结构和性能，用来得出合成的最佳工艺和合成配比，同时简要的阐述了苯丙乳液的生产现状和合成工艺。 本次实验先通过单体预乳化法，以苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯为原料，过硫酸钾为引发剂，十二烷基磺酸钠和op-10的混合物为复合乳化剂来制备所需要的研究物质：水性苯丙乳液。然后用各种仪器对得到的树脂进行各方面的检测，比如附着力、TG、DSC、红外光谱、涂膜硬度等，同时，对乳液的机械稳定性、抗化学试剂的稳定性、粘度等进行检测。最后，根据实验得到的数据，得出最终的结果，并对结果进行讨论。实验结果表明：硬单体苯乙烯和软单体丙烯酸丁酯在原料中的比例为1:1时，复合乳化剂的配比为1:2时，反应温度为78°C时，引发剂的含量为单体总含量的0.2%时，功能单体丙烯酸为另外两种单体含量的3%时，合成的水性苯丙乳液，综合考虑检测的各个性能，得到的检测结果最好。所以，该情况下制得的乳液应为最好的乳液。 关键词： 苯丙乳液；树脂；性能；检测；配比；生产工艺 Title Study on the structure and properties of resin waterborne styrene-acrylate emulsion Abstract The main topic is that the research on the structure and properties of water based styrene acrylic emulsion resin in different synthesis conditions,which used to derive the optimum synthesis and synthetic ratio,and briefly expounds the current production situation and synthetic process of styrene acrylic emulsion at the same time. Firstly, this experiment through monomer pre-emulsification method, and use styrene, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate as raw materials, potassium persulfate as initiator, a mixture of twelve sodium alkyl sulfonate and OP-10 as compound emulsifier for study of material preparation needed: waterborne styrene-acrylate emulsion. Then the obtained resin were detected in all aspects of the use of various instruments, such as adhesion, TG, DSC, infrared spectroscopy, film hardness etc. At the same time, test the mechanical stability, resistance to chemical agents, viscosity of the emulsion. Finally , conclud and discuss the final result according to the experimental data.
