Copyright 2004-2011 Aspose Pty Ltd. * My Projects is a structured storage area which allows a user to gather and store information before output. * When we first open OvidSP 3.0, but have not logged into My Account, we see the possibility of saving items to My Projects. Either by selecting multiple items with checkboxes and then choosing Add to My Projects from the top of the page, or by choosing the individual + My Projects icons, or by dragging into the My Projects area in Results Tools. * When we choose to do anything that requires My Account, save searches and alerts, add annotations etc, you are asked to login to My Account. * Adds functionality to the existing Saved Searches and Alerts and eTOCs. My Projects is a storage area which allows users to gather materials, text, articles, references, graphics etc and then output them later. * Items which may be added to a project or folder * Adding to My Projects using the three different icons available on the results pages. * This is wher you can choose to select large numbers of references and transfer them to My Projects. * This is where you add each one separately. In each case, where it isn’t clear, it will prompt for a project or folder. * Results may be added from many different sources, here from the PDF view, using the Add to My Projects Icon, or by lifting a quote with the Snippet Tool. * Or add graphic elements from journals or from books. * Or I may even add parts of a journal article , I may add text quotes using the snippet tool. * Results may be emailed, sent via RSS or added to a folder in My Projects. * Items may be stored directly in a project, or folders may be added to structure the items in a project. Folders are mobile, you may move a folder from one project to another. Projects are not mobile, you cannot place one project inside another.
