Of XiangDian Chang Sha Pump Works 一、概 述 SAP型泵是单级双吸中开式离心泵，该型泵是在SA型泵的基础上，进行结构优化设计而发展的新系列产品。本系列产品既保持了SA型泵的水力性能 、效率高的特点，又在结构上综合了西德KSB公司和美国IR公司双吸泵的技术作了新的改进，使之更合理、更可靠。 本系列产品供输送不含固体颗粒的清水和物理化学性质类似于水的其余液体，被输送的介质温度为0~80℃，适用于工厂、城市、矿山、电站、农田、水利工程等的排水或给水用泵。 参数范围： 流量Q：72~20000m3/h 扬程H：6.8~186m 允许最大进口压力：6×105Pa 型号表示的意义：如10SAP-6JA 10————吸入口径被25除（即吸入口径为250毫米） SAP————单级双吸离心泵 6————比转速被10除后的圆整数 J————泵转速改变（保持原转速时不显示） A————泵叶轮外景的改变（最大外径时不表示） 泵旋转方向：从电机端看，泵为逆时针方向旋转，即吸入口在左，吐出口在右。用户若有更改转向，增加轴伸，改变轴封方式，更换过流部件材质等要求，均可与本公司协商解决。 Ⅰ.GENERAL Type SAP pump belongs to single-stage double-suction split centrifugal kind based on Type SA pump and developed in series products after its optimum design in construction, it keeps specialities of Type SA pump in good hydraulic property and high efficiency, together with improvement in construction of double-suction technology comprehensively absorbed from KSB CO.
