浅析我国商业银行信用风险管理 XXX 商学院金融专业 2008(X)班XX 指导教师：徐金喜讲师 内容摘要：风险是决定金融业发展及其行为的基本要素。金融系统中的银行业是一个高风险的行业，银行负债经营的独特性质决定了银行经营与风险相伴而生。商业银行在经营活动过程中，主要面临着信用风险、市场风险、操作风险等风险。其中，伴随着借贷行为产生的信用风险无疑是最重要的风险。信用风险是商业银行面临的主要风险之一，加强商业银行信用风险管理不仅有利于保障其自身的经营安全，还有利于维护国家金融体系的稳定，支持国民经济持续健康的发展，具有十分重要的意义和极强的紧迫性。 本文主要论述了商业银行信用风险的概念以及信用风险的成因及其影响，阐述了商业银行实施信用风险管理的必要性。通过对我国商业银行信用风险管理的现状及存在的问题进行分析，并根据新巴塞尔协议中有关信用风险的要求提出了几点关于提高我国商业银行信用风险管理水平的建议。 关键词：商业银行；信用风险；风险管理；管理体系 Analysis of Credit Risk Management of Commercial Bank in China Abstract:The risk is decided financial industry development and behavior of basic elements.The financial system in the banking industry is a high-risk industry,bank debt management of the unique nature of decision of the banking operation and risk attendant.The commercial bank in the management process,the main facing credit risk,market risk and other risks.Among them,accompanied by borrowing the credit risk is the most important risk.Credit risk is the main risk of the commercial bank,commercial bank credit risk management is beneficial not only to safeguard its own operation safety,and to maintain the stability of the financial system,supportive countryman economy to last healthy progress,have very important significance and strong urgency. This paper mainly discusses the credit risk of commercial banks and the concept of credit risk and will harm,elaborated the commercial banks credit risk management necessity.Through to our country commercial bank credit risk managements present situation and existing problems were analyzed,and according to the new Basel accord credit risk requirements put forward several points about improving our country commercial bank credit risk management recommendations.
