浙江某印染工业园区污水处理及再生利用工程设计
摘 要
随着印染工业的快速发展和各种染料的大量使用,进入环境的染料废水日渐增多,印染废水已经成为环境水污染重点污染源之一。根据不完全统计,全国印染企业每年排放的印染废水大约有,而其中的大部分都没有实现达标排放。
本文将介绍一种水解酸化加上生物接触氧化处理为主的解决工艺处理印染废水的方案,污水经过格栅,通过调节池调节水量后,进入水解酸化池,接着进入初沉池后进入接触氧化池,通过二沉池以及混凝沉淀池处理后,部分水达标排放,剩余水量进行深度处理再利用,出水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287—2012,再生利用的水质需要满足《城市杂用水水质控制指标》(GB/18920-2002)中绿化用水要求。
废水达标处理后,将对环境的污染降到最低,剩余再利用水,极大地节约了水资源,减少了浪费,对于对于节约水资源,改善城市水环境质量,具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。

Abstract
With the extensive printing and dyeing industry and a variety of dyes, dye wastewater into the environment of the increasing number of dyeing wastewater has become water pollution in the environment. the annual printing and dyeing enterprises wastewater discharge about, have not met the requirement.
This article describes a biological contact oxidation process acidified plus dominated Wastewater Treatment by the hydrolysis solution to the sewage through the grid, after adjustment by adjusting the water tank into the pool acid hydrolysis, and then into the primary settling tank into the contact oxidation pool, after the adoption of the secondary settling tank and coagulation sedimentation process, part of the water discharge standards, the remaining water depth treatment and reuse.The effluent quality meets the GB4287 - 2012 of the textile dyeing and finishing industry water pollutants discharge standard, and the reclaimed water quality needs to meet the requirement of green water in the urban miscellaneous water quality control index (GB/18920-2002).
After treatment standards waste water , the environment pollution will be minimized, and the remaining water reuse, greatly saving water, reducing waste, for the conservation of water resources, water quality and improve the urban environment, with significant economic, social and environmental benefit.
