球形储罐的安全质量监控关键技术及应用 鞍山市燃气总公司 （114002） 罗文进 本钢集团有限公司 （117000） 段长海 马广强 摘 要： 球形储罐是一种钢制容器设备。在石油炼制工业和石油化工中主要用于贮存和运输液态或气态物料。操作温度一般为-50～50℃,操作压力一般在3MPa以下[1]。球罐与圆筒容器（即一般贮罐）相比，在相同直径和压力下，壳壁厚度仅为圆筒容器的一半，钢材用量省，且占地较小，基础工程简单。球罐作为大容量、承压的球形储存容器，广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金等部门，它可以用来作为液化石油气、液化天然气、液氧、液氨、液氮及其他介质的储存容器，也可作为压缩气体（空气、氧气、氮气、、氢气、城市煤气）的储罐。由于球形储罐操作压力相对较高、介质危险系数较大，同时担负着生产介质缓冲的重要作用，所以其安全性就显得尤为重要。本文以本钢燃气厂氢气、氮气球形储罐为例，就全国各冶金、化工企业球形储罐经常出现的各类缺陷，及缺陷的预防和处理、定期检验等方面存在的共性问题进行探讨，旨在提高在用球形储罐的安全性。 关键词：球形储罐；安全；缺陷；检验 The key technology of safety quality control and application of spherical tank Anshan Gas General Company, ( 114002), LUO Wenjin Benxi steel group company limited (117000) Duan Changhai Ma Guangqiang Abstract：Spherical storage tank is a steel container equipment.
