中小企业资金管理存在的问题及对策 【摘要】资金管理对于企业而言是命脉所在，资金的活动及资金关系关系着企业的信誉与发展的前景。而对于中小企业更是体现的淋漓尽致，随着市场经济的划分，中小企业不断的扩大着阵容，成为一股重要而活跃的力量。由于经营的机制比较灵活，应变能力强，资金占用比较少，投资省，成效快，分布领域广泛的特点，中小企业在很长的时间里支持了经济的持续发展。然而，不得不说现如今站稳脚步，存活下来的中小企业仅是无数个失败的中小企业的代表，大多中小企业均都由于融资困难，资金管理水平低，日常运营容易出现资金断链，投资盲目不谨慎，等因素不得不退出竞争市场。本文广泛参考国内外中小企业在资金管理方向的经验，借鉴学术界理论及方法，对中小企业的资金的筹集，运营，控制及分配管理进行深入研究。同时对其提出改进的方法及结论以帮助中小企业在日常资金运营中提升自身的竞争能力。 【关键词】中小企业;资金管理;管理问题;对策方法  Small and medium-sized enterprise capital management problems and countermeasures 【Abstract】Management for enterprise is the lifeblood of funds, capital of activities and relationships that relationship between the credibility and development prospects of the enterprise.
