The attempt of fashion retailers to save cost in manufacturing fashion garments by sourcing production process to low labor-cost countries and to realize high quality and flexibility by using intermediaries and integrated service providers has never stopped. With regards to network supply, retailers?requirement of finding an appropriate overseas supplier to reduce production lead-time and manufacturing a broad range apparel style, the emergence of intermediaries and integrated service providers becomes a necessity. As the coordinators of the global supply network, retailers can be exposed to a larger international suppliers network and realizing effective manufacturing by sharing operation task with intermediaries. Absorbing intermediaries into manufacturing process is actually a practical approach in creating agility. Because intermediaries have recorded aggregate supplier resources on their lists, this makes it possible for flexibility with regards to production volumes, measurements to manage overcapacity, quick responsiveness and shortening lead-time. However, with the introduction of intermediaries, the increasing size of the pool of players, becaus
