基于响应面法的结构损伤识别研究 摘要本文以通过建立悬臂梁的有限元模型获得的数据拟合出输入输出之间关系的响应面模型,来证明响应面法可以有效快速的进行结构损伤识别研究。 综合介绍近年来用于结构损伤检测方面的方法,说明各方法的优劣。随后详细的讲解本文要介绍的响应面法的基本内容和设计方法,说明响应面法在结构损伤识别中的有效性和独特优越性。 建立一个悬臂梁的有限元模型,简单介绍ANSYS在有限元问题中运用的方便性,并简述ANSYS所采用的分析方法,之后用ANSYS进行有限元分析,得到悬臂梁不同定位和不同刚度下的固有频率值。为拟合响应面做准备。 运用DESIGN EXPERT软件,得到输入与输出的二次响应面方程。通过该方程拟合出三维响应面模型,最后进行实际值与预测值的对比,证明响应面法的正确性和可操作性。 总结工作成果。 关键词 响应面法 结构损伤识别 中图分类号:T 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-2400(2XXX)0X-0-0 Research on Stuructre Damage Identification Based on Response Surface Method Caokai (School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian Univ., Xi’an 710071, China) Abstract: In this paper,through establishment of a finite element model for a cantilever beam to obtain the data and use the data to create a response surface between the input and the output,in order to prove the response surface method can efficiently and quickly make the research of structure damage identification. Introduce the methods of structure damage identification in recent years, explain pros and cons of the various of the methods.Then make a detail explanation of the basic content and design method of the response surface method,to describe the response surface method is efficient and have unique advantages in structure damage identification. Create a finite element model for a cantilever beam, make a brief introduction of ANSYS, to display the convenience of ANSYS in the finite element model problem. Then use ANSYS to get the natural frequency values of the cantilever beam in the different location and stiffness. To prepare fitting the response surface model. Through the design expert software, we can obtain the quadratic polynomial of the response surface between the input and the output. We can create the 3D model of the response surface through the quadratic polynomial, make the comparison between the actual and the predict in the end to prove that the response surface method is correct and operable.
