In the experimental part, It mainly use the weight method to detect formulations life, temperature, concentration by the index of the oil removal rate,Identify a cleaning agent with the advantages of good cleaning performance, easily met conditions and low production cost(one Polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether sulfate, one alkyl phenol ethoxylates, one sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, and a small amount of a fatty acid amide and ethylene oxide condensates),and test the factors of lifetime, temperature range, the concentration 。through the experiment we find , after the experiment, there is no signs of corrosion on the aluminum, s surface , indicating that this series cleaning agent is not corrosive to aluminum. we find that the larger the content of the anionic surfactant in the cleaning agent ,the worse the cleaning effect , but the lower the cost of production of the
