衡阳地区女性生殖道支原体感染状况及药物敏感性分析 [摘要] 目的：了解衡阳地区女性生殖道支原体感染状况及其对药物的敏感性，以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法：应用商业化的试剂盒, 对2690 份女性生殖道标本进行支原体培养和药物敏感试验。结果：女性泌尿生殖道感染患者的支原体总感染率为48.3%( 1299/ 2690) 。解脲支原体(Uu)单独感染率最高(31.7%,852/2690), 解脲支原体和人型支原体(Uu-Mh)混合感染率居中(7.25%,195/2690)，人型支原体(,Mh)单独感染率最低(4.54%,122/2690)。药敏试验结果表明, Uu 仅仅对交沙霉素、普那霉素、强力霉素及克拉霉素敏感性较好，分别为95.9%,95.3%,94.0%,82%. Mh 仅仅对强力霉素、普那霉素、交沙霉素敏感性较好，分别为97.5%,96.7%,95.9%. Uu-Mh 仅仅对强力霉素、普那霉素、交沙霉素敏感性较好，分别为91.8%,90.3%,88.2%.结论：本地区妇女生殖道支原体感染率较高，且发现存在多种耐药现象。由于支原体耐药存在地区的差异，为了防止治疗失败，在治疗前进行药敏实验是必要的。 关键词：生殖道感染 解脲支原体 人型支原体 药物敏感性 中图分类号：R691.3 文献标识码：A Prevalence and antimicrobial susceptibility of Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum in Chinese women with genital infectious diseases from Hengyang [Abstract] Objective：this study is to investigate the characteristics of UU and MH prevalence and its antimicrobial susceptibility in women with genital infection from Hengyang.?Methods:By using commercial mycoplasma strips, we investigated the incidence and antimicrobial resistance of UU and MH in 2690 Chinese women with genital infection between January 2009 and December 2012 in Hengyang China.?Results:?(1) The overall positive incidence of genital mycoplasmas was 48.3%. The most common pattern was UU monoinfection (31.7%,892/2690), the UU-MH coinfection pattern ranked second (13.91%) and MH monoinfection was lowest (1.71%). However, a significantly higher infection rate by genital mycoplasmas was found in young women (age range: 16-35 years). (2) Overall, Uu susceptibility rates remained high only to josamycin (95.9%), pristinamycin?(95.3%),doxycycline (94.0%), and clarithromycin (82.0%), while Mh had high susceptibility rates only to doxycycline (97.5), pristinamycin(96.7%) , josamycin(95.9%). And UU-MH-mixed had high susceptibility rates only to doxycycline (91.8%), pristinamycin(90.3%), josamycin(88.2%X)_.Conclusions:?High infection rates and severe drug resistances of genital mycoplasmas were found in women with genital infections
