题 目：浅析影响中学英语教师专业发展的 因素及相关策略 学生姓名： *** 学 号： 120323239 专 业： 学科教学（英语） 学 院： 外国语学院 摘 要本文通过文献及查问卷，了我国目前英语教师专业的发展现状及形式，分析了影响教师专业发展的诸多因素，并对合理促进英语教师专业的良好发展提出了相关建议。结果表明：目前，涉及我国英语教师专业发展的研究相对滞后，研究成果、方法及内容相对匮乏；基于调查问卷的结果揭示出教师间的教育信念、知识储备、教学能力及学习情况、教师专业发展态度、满意度及发展需求七个方面存在一定差异；而影响我国教师专业发展的关键因素主要集中在教师的专业素质，其中包括教师的理论知识及综合能力两个方面。此外，社会因素、教师管理制度及学校因素等外部环境也对教师专业发展产生一定。专业素质ABSTRACT This paper survey current situation and form of the professional development of English teacher, analyzing plenty of factors which influence teachers professional development, then propose several relevant advice and measures to promote the professional development of teaching by reading the extensive literature, designing questionnaire and proceeding many other studies. The results show that research involving the professional development of English teachers in China is lagging behind, there is a relative lack of research results, methods and content .The results of the questionnaire revealed teachers educational belief , reserve of knowledge , teaching ability and learning process , teachers attitude of professional development , satisfaction and development requirements. Actually, there is a certain differences exist in the seven aspects. Critical factors that affect the professional development of teachers in China are mainly concentrated in the professional qualities of teachers which including both theoretical knowledge and integrative competence of teachers. In addition, social factors, the management system of teachers, school factors and other external environment also have a certain impact on the professional development of teachers.
