This designs includes: Architectural design, structural design computation, foundation design calculation, staircase design calculation and floor design calculation. The architectural design part includes: Overall layout, plane layout, function district, transportation arrangement and so on. The structural design computation is this book most important part, it is composed of three parts: The first chapter, design information; The second chapter, architectural design; The third chapter, structural design; The fourth chapter, foundation design and conclusion. In the computational method, uses the base shearing force law regarding the horizontal earthquake function; Uses the delamination regarding the vertical load. Foundation design part, because the layer are few, the geological condition to be good, therefore has used under the column the independent extended foundation.
