摘 要 我国家族企业内部控制的研究，着眼于中国式家族企业的特点与中国国情的结合，调查我国家族企业内部控制的问题和现状，系统的分析来讨论家族企业管理模式的利弊，其内部控制中多存在的问题以及解决途径，其发展道路和空间，为我国家族企业的内部控制提供参照，为其发展出一份力。避免类似倒闭事件重蹈覆辙。 本文在阅读了大量文献资料的基础上，结合家族企业管理中的内部控制体系的有关理论，对我国家族企业中的内部控制体系现状进行了研究。第一章绪论，主要介绍国外和国内在家族企业管理中的内部控制方面的研究情况及本论文的写作目的和思路。第二章介绍家族企业管理内部控制的内涵、体系以及内容。第三章简单介绍了家族企业管理中内部控制的四种方式。第四章分析了我国族企业管理中的内部控制体系的现状及形成原因。第五章在前几章的基础上就如何提高我国族企业管理中的内部控制体系提出了决策和建议。 本文本着理论指导实践的原则，从发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的角度，提出了行之有效的解决方法，并给出可操作性的措施。 关键词： 家族企业的内部控制 家族企业的内部控制模式 家族企业的内部控制制度 问题及分析 ABSTRACT In China family enterprise internal control of research, look Yu China type family enterprise of features and China conditions of combination, investigation in China family enterprise internal control of problem and status, system of analysis to discussion family enterprise mode of pros and cons, its internal control in the more exists of problem and solution way, its development road and space, for in China family enterprise of internal control provides reference, for its development out a copies force.
