儒家思想契合於企業經營發展的現代意義 金清海 正修科技大學 助理教授 摘要 二十一世紀是全球化的時代，已是無國界的世界，互相連結性強，美國雷曼兄弟點燃的金融海嘯及日本311海嘯，同樣都能造成全球股市一起大跌數日。文明國家的貪婪，能源及原物料過度開發，資源瀕臨竭盡，並造成工業污染、溫室效應、氣候變遷、天災地變頻生，世界末日的謠傳此起彼落，為挽救人類及救地球，唯有儒家的仁道。企業應積極扮演「公共知識份子」的角色，肩負起社會責任。近十餘年來，發生的亞洲金融風暴、美國雷曼兄弟引起的世界金融海嘯，以及近二年的歐債危機，已嚴峻危及世界經濟的發展，但受儒家思想深厚影響的中國、台灣、港澳、新加坡、日、韓，除了受傷最輕，甚而逆向崛起。本文提出儒家思想中淑世理想、社會責任、永續經營、穩重策略等觀點皆可用於企業經營的論述，證明儒家思想契合於企業經營及發展的現代意義。 關鍵字：儒家思想、企業經營、企業文化 Confucianism corresponds to the current significance of entrepreneurship and development Abstract Globalization rules in the 21st century that leads to a borderless world where countries are inseparable from each other. Global financial crises caused by Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as well as 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami are also able to cause stocks declination in the whole world for a period. Greed from advanced countries results in over-exploitations in natural resources and causes pollutions as well as enhances the global greenhouse effect; furthermore, it gives rise to rapid climate changes and natural calamities. Consequently, rumors about doom come continuously. It’s the kindness of Confucianism that can protect the world and human from calamities. Enterprises are ought to act as a role of the common intelligentsia positively to be capable of the social responsibility. In these dacades, the Asian financial crisis, the global financial crisis and the European sovereign-debt crisis have severely imperiled the global economic development; nonetheless, many countries for instance Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong-kong and Macau, Singapore, Japan and Korea, had been deeply affected by Confucianism, incurred less impact than oher countries and rise contrarily moreover. This article refers to many perspectives on ideals for improvement, social responsibilities, and stable strategies from Confucianism are capable of entreprising applications as well as proves the fact that Confucianism corresponds to the current significance of entrepreneurship and development.
