Lesson 6 Brief Introduction 发盘 offer : 交易的一方为了销售或购买一批商品，向对方 提出有关的贸易条件，并表示愿意按这些条件 达成一笔交易，这种行为称为发盘。在实际业 务中，发盘大多由卖方提出。 Offer is a promise to supply goods on the terms stated. It’s always made by the seller and the reply to the enquiry. The difference between an offer and a quotation: A quotation is not an “offer” in the legal sense.
