MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-USE AGREEMENT 互相必威体育官网网址协议 This Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the later of the dates set forth below the signatures of the parties hereto, by and between the undersigned person or entity and Tri Global Energy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
