The system through a network platform will not only enable students and teachers to communicate effectively and make students understand the thesis of the relevant matters in a timely, but also make upload papers , information management, user management and database management work easier. It can help us to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost. The major function of the soft is to manage graduation link in the college. The system combined with the actual demand of high educational system uses SQL Server2003 Macromedia Dreamweaver MX + ASP as a developme- nt tool. It consists of modules of user login, authentication, different users　have different operations, declaration and approval management of teachers graduated topics, students topic management, statements related to the production management, online Frequently Asked Questions management.Upload and examine studentss thesis and the management of information and user as database that used by the background managers to achieve improving the efficience and network scopes for the level of management of educational administration in collages.
