花铃期遮光对棉铃对位叶光合色素含量及荧光的影响 侍伟红1,张巨松1*,石俊毅1,曹公利2,段云佳1,武辉1,阿丽艳1 (1.新疆农业大学/教育部棉花工程研究中心,新疆 乌鲁木齐830052;2.新疆喀什普湖县农技推广中心,新疆 喀(什844000) 摘要:为探讨棉花花铃期遮光对棉铃对位叶光合色素含量及荧光的影响,于2011年在喀什岳普湖试验站进行了30%、50%遮光对棉花关键部位叶片叶绿素含量及荧光的系统研究。结果表明,棉铃发育20~30d后,随着光强的降低,Chla、Chlb和Chl(a+b)含量降低速度加快,Chla含量处理间差异显著;遮光50% 处理的铃对位叶的Chla含量低于其它处理,新陆早36表现明显,但Chlb的处理间无明显差异,说明低光照使叶绿素降解缓慢,降低了Chlb向Chla转化的速度;弱光下新陆早36的类胡萝卜素与叶绿素的比值低于自然光,中棉所49在棉铃发育的早期,遮光50%最低,生育后期逐渐升高。 关键词:棉花;花铃期;荧光;光合色素 The influence of chlorophyll content taking the bell period with cotton shading SHI Wei-hong1,ZHANG Ju-song1, SHI Jun-yi1,CAO Gong-li2,DUAN Yun-jia1, WU Hui1,A Li-yan1 (1.Research Center of Cotton Engineering, Ministry of Education, Xinjiang Agricultural University, Urumqi 830052, China;2.Center of Agricultural Technique Extension of Puhu County, Kashi, Kashi, Xinjiang 844000, China) Abstract:In order to determine the effect of chlorophyll content taking the bell period with cotton shading ,a field experiment which shading of 30% and 50% was system researched, with the leaf of hinge location chlorophyll content and fluorescent for cotton at experimental station of yuepuhu of kashgar in 2011.The results showed ,the content of Chla、Chlb and Chl(a+b) was reduced speed up, with the reduce of illumination intensity in growth of cotton boll late 20-30 days the manage of Chla diversity remarkable; shading of 50% the leaf of counterpoint boll which Chla content less than others, expression evident is new-land-early 36,but the among manage of Chlb no more obvious difference, account for the low illumination make chlorophyll degradation slowly, reduce Chlb towards Chla of change speed; the ratio of carotene and cholrophyllous new-land-early 36 less than natural light in low light level, in early stage of cotton boll developmental of china cotton research institution 49,the manage of shading 50% was lowest ,by degrees elevate for bear later period.
