Background (Risk description)The Confined Space Entry is quite dangerous due to the features of confined space. There are a lot of risks inside the confined space including oxygen deficient/enrichment,explosive,toxic atmosphere,engugulfment,electrical,mechanical and others. So it is easy to have danger if there is no protection or no enough protection provided.In Feed Mill, it is a routine to enter the silo（See PIC#1PIC#2） to clear away the sticky corn on the wall each season.
