——酚醛树脂交联剂对性能的影响

摘 要:系统研究酚醛树脂交联剂用量对PP/EPDM/SEBS动态硫化弹性体性能的影响:随着交联剂用量增加,材料的硬度和拉伸强度呈现先增加然后趋于稳定,断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和MI随之降低,压缩永久形变呈现先降低然后略有增加的变化趋势。通过断裂伸长率、撕裂强度、压缩形变和MI的变化拐点可判断橡胶相是否充分交联,为配方优化提供参考。在交联剂用量为10phr条件下,制备了高温下弹性优异的TPV新材料,70℃和125℃条件下的压缩永久形变分别为23.9%和28.3%,比未添加SEBS时分别降低9.8%和20.7%,复配SEBS对弹性改善效果明显。随着剪切速率增加,材料表观度粘降低,呈现剪切变稀现象。随着酚醛树脂用量增加,表观粘度先增加然后减小,用量为10phr时达到最大值。

Research on PP/EPDM/SEBS Dynamic Vulcanization (1): The Effect of Phenol Resin Content on Properties

Abstract: The effect of phenol resin content on properties of PP/EPDM/SEBS dynamic vulcanization was studied. With increase of phenol resin content, the hardness and tensile strength first increased then remain stable, elongation, tear strength and melt flow index (MI) decreased, compression set first decreased then increased. The degree of crosslinking of rubber could be determined by point of inflection of curve about phenol resin content to elongation, tear strength, MI and compression set, which could be used for formula optimization. The PP/EPDM/SEBS vulcanization with 10phr phenol resin was characterized with excellent compression set, which were respectively 23.9 and 28.3% at 70℃ and 125℃. It was lower 9.8% and 20.7% than that without SEBS, which showed SEBS had good effect on elastic recovery. The viscosity of vulcanization decreased with increase of shear rate, which was characterized with shear thinning. With increase of phenol resin content, the viscosity first increased then decreased, maximum value reached at 10phr phenol resin.
