摘 要
锅炉作为一种能源转换设备,在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用。它通过煤、石油或天然气的燃烧放出的化学能,并通过传热把热量传递给水,使水加热(或变成蒸气),热水直供给工业生产和民用生活、供暖,所以锅炉的主要任务是:把燃料中的化学能最有效的转变为热能。
本次的毕业设计的题目是,属于锅炉。设计本着锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性为首要设计特性的准则。综合考虑燃烧,传热,烟气和空气以及工质的动力特性以及磨损和腐蚀。在锅炉设计的过程中,主要考虑的因素是保证炉内着火,炉膛内有足够的辐射热量,煤的燃尽程度以及合理的烟气速度和排烟温度。同时,还要确保有一定的气密性以保证炉膛内进行负压燃烧。
在整个设计过程中作为技术支持进行了热力计算、强度计算和烟风阻力计算。其中热力计算包括炉膛、、锅炉管束、省煤。为了使小型锅炉的结构紧凑,大部分受热面都布置在炉膛内。根据结构,锅炉出口布置达到飞灰和降尘作用;由于工作压力低,容易产生烟气侧的酸腐蚀和锅内的氧腐蚀,所以采用省煤器,来达到降低排烟温度的要求。
利用CAD,完成了锅炉总图、 炉墙图、上锅筒展开图、本体图。

Abstract
Boilers as an energy conversion equipment, in industrial production has been widely used.
