电梯运行控制系统的PLC设计 崔 莉 摘 要 随着社会经济的快速发展，全国各地高层建筑不断涌现，作为高楼的垂直交通工具——电梯，其需求量日益增长。各种类型规格繁多的电梯已在高楼内投入运行。为了确保电梯正常运行、安全使用，必须要了解电梯、管理电梯、维护好电梯。本文介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器（PLC）在五层电梯控制系统中的应用，介绍了电梯的发展概况，PLC 的应用领域，电梯的分类及主要构件，该设计所要实现的控制功能和要求，主要讲了电梯的控制系统。该设计以PLC为主控制器，采用交流异步电动机调速系统和集选控制方式，利用三菱FX2N系列软件编程，编辑了开关门环节梯形图、厅外召唤梯形图、厢内按钮梯形图、定向环节梯形图、停层信号梯形图、启动稳速成减速制动环节梯形图，实现了五层电梯自动响应层楼请求服务的召唤信号，自动响应轿厢请求服务的指令信号，自动完成轿厢层楼位置的显示，自动显示电梯的运行方向等基本功能和控制要求。 关键词 电梯,运行控制,系统设计,PLC  ABSTRACT Along with the social economy fast development, each place high-rise construction emerges unceasingly, took the tall building the vertical transportation vehicle —elevator, its demand grows day by day. Each kind of type specification many elevators put the operation in the tall building. In order to guarantee the elevator normal operation, the safety handling, must have to understand the elevator, manages the elevator, and maintains the good elevator. This article introduced uses the Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller (PLC) in five elevators control system application, introduced the elevator development survey, the PLC application domain, the elevator classification and the primary member, this design must realize the control function and the request, mainly spoke the elevator control system.
