多工位母线加工机剪切机构设计论文.doc

摘 要 多工位母线加工机是对母线实现多工位加工的机器，主要有剪切、折弯、冲孔三种加工方式。本文介绍了剪切机构部分的设计，剪切机构主要是对不同规格的母线完成剪切加工工序。该剪切机构主要是由液压缸和剪切机构两大部分组成，液压缸由活塞杆和缸体组成，是该剪切机构的动力组成部分，液压动力很容易实现直线运动，而且重量轻、运动惯性小、控制方便，还具有过载保护功能，方便实现自动化控制，它是实现剪切功能的最佳动力；剪切机构主要由上、下剪刀构成，该剪切机构采用了一体式框架结构，使系统的动态刚度有了大幅提升。下剪刀与活塞杆相联，上剪刀与缸体相联，在油压作用下，缸体带动上剪刀做上下往复运动完成剪切动作。该剪切机构设计合理，不仅实现了多种型号的母线剪切功能，也为简单便携的液压剪切机的设计提供了良好的设计思路。 关键词：多工位；母线加工机；剪切机构 ABSTRACT Multistage bus bar manufacturing machine is to realize the bus multistage processing machine, basically have shear, bend, punching three processing mode.This paper introduces the design of shearing mechanism parts .Shearing mechanism is mainly to the different specifications of busbar complete shear machining operations .The shearing mechanism is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder and shear institutions two main components.Hydraulic cylinder composed by the piston rod and cylinder shearing mechanism is the dynamic component.Hydraulic power are easy to achieve linear motion and light weight, convenient control motion inertia, small, still have overload protection function, convenient automatic control .It is to achieve optimum power shearing functions .Shearing mechanism is mainly composed of scissors and next scissors form .The shearing mechanism adopted one-piece frame structure, make the system dynamic stiffness was greatly ascend.Associated with piston rod under scissors, associated with the scissors cylinder .In hydraulic cylinder driving under the action of the scissors, cutting and reciprocating motion finish do movements .The shear mechanism design is reasonable, not only implements multiple types of busbar shearing functions, but also for simple hydraulic shear machine and portable design provides a good design ideas .
