滑台铣头及减速箱设计论文.doc
摘 要
滑台铣削头由主轴部件和传动装置两个部件组成。
主轴部件按主轴前端轴承结构不同分A和B型两种。A型主轴前端采用3182 x x x型双列向心短圆柱滚子轴承及推力球轴承,主要用于精加工;B型主轴采用两个圆锥滚子轴承结构主要用于粗加工。移动夹紧机构采用双面锲块对中夹紧结构,操纵方便,夹紧可靠。本铣削头具有功率大、刚性好、精度高、传动平稳、调整使用方便等特点。可组成各种类型的铣削组合机床,用以完成平面铣削、铣槽、铣扁等工序。
本文主要介绍了国内滑台铣头及减速箱设计的发展,研究现状,减速箱的工作原理及特点,对滑台铣头的动力装置部分作出了详细的设计说明。由于减速箱是滑台铣削头最为核心的部分,其设计的好坏直接影响了整个机器加工精度的优劣,因此在设计过程中重点研究了其结构、功能和工艺过程,并根据型材的特性,充分考虑各种因素对铣削加工质量的影响,设计出滑台铣削头的动力装置,从而保证该设备预期的加工功能能够得以实现。

ABSTRACT
Sliding table milling head reason spindle unit and the transmission device two parts compose. The spindle unit the end bearing structure divides A and the B two kinds differently before the main axle. Front end a main axle uses 3182 x x x double row centripetal short cylindrical roller bearing and the thrust force ball bearing, mainly uses in the precision work; the B main axle uses two circular cone roller bearings structure mainly to use in the rough machining. The motion clamp organization uses two-sided carves the block to clamp the structure to, operates conveniently, clamp reliable. This milling has the power to be big, the rigidity is good, the precision is high, the transmission is steady, characteristics and so on adjustment easy to operate. May compose each type the milling aggregate machine-tool, with completes the plane milling, the milling, the mill flatly and so on working procedures.
This article mainly introduced the domestic sliding table cutter head and the decelerator designs development, the research present situation, decelerators principle of work and the characteristic, have made the detailed design notes to the sliding table cutter heads power unit part. Because the decelerator is the sliding table milling most core part, its design quality immediate influence entire machine precision fit and unfit quality, therefore has studied its structure, the function and the technological process with emphasis in the design process, and according to the molding characteristic, considered fully each
