The system is mainly developed to meet the needs of Tianle residential property. In this system, the administrator has many privileges such as announcing the information management, user management, user payment information management, employee information management and so on. While the owners have the privileges of viewing the property information as well as improving personal information. We have already finished the requirement analysis ,design, implementation and test of this system according to the design procedures of the software engineering. The Visual Studio 2008 is the main development tool of this system, and the SQL Server 2005 provides this system with data support. The design and development of this system has provided great help to property management and residents. It is easy to operate and it realizes the management of informationization. It not only improves the efficiency of residential property services but also perfect the property management system. Last but not the least, it conforms to the trend of the development of information age.
